Macy’s will celebrate the grand opening of its new store format at The Promenade at Crocker Park in Westlake on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 9:45 AM. The events will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and customers can enjoy giveaways, music, and more while they shop.

Macy’s The Promenade at Crocker Park offers an immersive shopping experience, providing both convenience and discovery in an easy-to-navigate shopping environment. Located in shopping centers, customers can shop a curated assortment of Macy’s distinctive fashion, on-trend beauty, luxury fragrances, and more. The stores also collaborate with local businesses to create pop-up shops and events that cater to customer preferences.

Shoppers can explore fashionable trends, must-haves, and new seasonal merchandise. These stores provide a range of categories, including men’s, women’s, and kids’ fashion, beauty products, toys, luggage, giftable items, and more. Categories feature renowned brands like Donna Karan, Levi’s, MAC, and Calvin Klein, as well as Macy’s private brands, such as INC, Bar III, On 34th, and our recently refreshed kid’s clothing line, Epic Threads.

Customers can enjoy all the benefits of the full-line Macy’s stores, including the ‘At Your Service’ desk, which helps with bill payments, returns, exchanges, and more. They can also take advantage of ‘Buy Online Pickup In-store’ and curbside options for items available on Macys.com. Customers can continue to enroll, earn and redeem Star Rewards and they can also use their Macy’s credit card at all Macy’s locations.
