History
Stark Enterprises began its Westlake, Ohio development with The Promenade—a 250,000-square-foot specialty center featuring a curated mix of national and local retailers, grocery, fast casual dining, specialty shops, and personal services. Since its debut in the late 1990s, The Promenade has stood out for its forward-thinking landscaping and placemaking design.
As Westlake evolved, so did Stark’s vision. Adjacent to The Promenade, Crocker Park broke ground with its first phase in fall 2004. Over the years, it has expanded to cover more than 120 acres and 20 city blocks, offering premier shopping, dining, events, and interactive experiences that attract nearly 12 million visitors annually.
Designed with the spirit of an urban downtown, Crocker Park features vertically integrated buildings with ground-floor retail and upper-level residences and offices. Authentic streetscapes, metered parking, public transit access, valet service, digital signage, and award-winning gardens contribute to its vibrant atmosphere. Architectural variety and European-inspired details create a unique, immersive environment where no two buildings are alike.
